what do the hospital provide???

hi i no it was only last yr i had a baby but i forgot lol...

what do the hospital provide? when baby is first born do they put on a hospital nappy?? and blankets? do they have them for babies? and towels?????

and if i have a bath do i take my own towel??

lol or am i thinking its a hotel?

All my hospital provided was a blanket to wrap baby in. The rest was up to me

a hat for wen first born and blanket
and bedding stuff for both of us
the rest i had to take

I think they only give you bedding the rest is up to you!

I asked my midwife about this, I didn't need to take any towels but I would check with your MW.

Nappies: take your own, and wipes or cotton wool depending on what the hospital want you to do.

Bedding: don't take anything it's all there.

Looking at your other thread, maybe if you want to stay an extra night take some ear plugs

Hi well i took my own towel's but my hospital provided them. As for nappies i took them aswell. Cotton wool they had there and the bedding for bubs and you they do too.
