What do i count as day 1?

Following my chemical pregnancy i dont know what to count as day 1 of my cycle

I started spotting day after AF was due but this was tiny tiny amount and my BFP's faded out then too, do i count this? or do i count it from when i started bleeding properly about 2 days ago?

Sorry to hear about your chemical pregnancy. I think CD1 is from when your af arrives properly when its proper blood if I am wrong then someone will correct me.

personally i counted from the day i stopped bleeding and took it as if it was last day of a normal period. so i guess, first day of bleeding hun.
