What cd should i start?

Hiya ladies its my first time using opks this month.. Just wondering if anyone would have some advice on when i should start using them? The last few months ive been a 32 day cycle but this month was a 46.. What day should i start using them and would 40 be enough? Going to use 2 a day so thats 20 days..

When I tryed it I did two a day from about CD 6 and carried on until I got my (rubbish) surge. I used the internet cheapies last month. This month I have fired up the Persona thingy I've had for ages, though Ithink I'll do the cheapies too.
