I have been trying now for 3 months, AF got me today so this will be my 4th month after this AF.

What is bothering me is that after ovulation for the whole of the 2WW i get cramping and aches and back pain. The cycle just gone i felt like my pelvic area had been hit by a bus it was aching and cramping so much.

I just don't think it's normal. I never got these pains before i came off the pill. So i'm going to the doctors to see what they can do or if they can put my mind at rest.

Do you think they can do anything or will they think i've lost the plot.

If they think you've lost the plot then change your doctor because that's not very helpful at all!

If you feel something isn't right then go by your instinct. I think 4 months is quite a short amount of time to be trying for a baby and they probably wont want to help you there for a little while but you should definitely get the pains checked if they're bothering you.

to be honest i get the same pain and aches... but i think its always been there ive just noticed it so much. but since TTC i have been looking for the twinges and pain. i couldnt even have told you how long my cyle was, AF just turned up (that how interested i was of my cycle then!!)

but if it doesnt feel right make an appoinment.

I can't help wondering how much is that we are just far more conscious of our bodies and every twinge when we are TTC. However I am quite sure it will be different after coming off the pill as I am sure I read somewhere you don't get real periods when you are on the pill? I could be making that up of course. It has been such a long time since I came off, I forget.

However I agree with everyone else here. Definitely speak to the doctor, as you know your own body, nobody else does.

Jo, I think nikkis right. I've never noticed any of these pre af pains and niggles before I started TTC. I'd come on and think bugger, its not been a month surely. Now a month (well 32 days) feels like 5 years! Plus the pill regulates you, stops heavier bleeding and also easy's pain!
Being in the position before with not falling, I did go to my GP and was told they dont look into anything unless youve been trying for a year. But if you need reassuring hun and just dont feel right then go see him/her, put your mind at rest, were not Docs at the end of the day (ooo sound like my mum   )

I'm going to make an appointment. To put my mind at ease if nothing else.

My mind is just doing overtime at the moment wondering what i could be. I was thinking that maybe they damaged my womb when they were trying to get jess out, i had a section becasue she was facing the wrong way and they had me pushing for 4 hours untill they realised and took me to theatre. She was really wedged stuck and i was moving side to side on the table, the doctor was nearly on top if me trying to get her out.

Would you think it's possible it got damaged and i am catching the egg but it can't impant because of the damage and thats what the pain is. Please feel free to tell me if i am going mad :rotfl:

I dont know babe. Couldn't give you any little bit of advice when it comes to sections at all. I only know 1 girl who had one. Think it would be a great idea having a chat with your gp. You dont want to go through the questions and doubts every month. Let me know what they say.
