What can i take for a cold?

Over the day i have felt a cold coming and tonight i can feel it in the back of my nose
what can i take, if anything, to help it. im not very gd when it comes to colds as it literally knocks me on my back x x x

hey there is not really much you can take unfortunatley, if it gets real bad then go GP n see what they say. I know you can have paracetamol but not much, i had bad hayfever a couple of weeks ago and i couldn't have anything, got told i cn hve benedryhl but didnt dare.Hope u feel ok xx

cough sweets should be ok as theyre not actually medicinal lol. or try honey and lemon tea

Phoned the mw earlier and she said the lozanges i have are fine to take. also asked me to get a docs app to make sure i havnt got a throat infection as it is really sore and swollen.
