Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. I would think that first thing you need to do is book an appointment with the relevant people at the council and ask them.
I'm going back 10 years when I was officially classed as NFA (no fixed abode) because I didn't have an address for post to be sent to so I would assume that you are indeed classed as homeless, I had to collect my jsa from the jobcentre each fortnight as there was nowhere to post it to. I asked the council and they said that I was low priority as was single and childless. Managed to get help with the local housing association within a few months had a really grotty bedsit but at least it was somewhere to live that was mine with my own kitchen and bathroom.
I really can't help with the matter of being a carer.
