Need some inspiration as I've gone off everything it seems. Particularly ready brek after puking it all back up yesterday :puke:

Feeling ick!

Hi Kina,

Feeling very similar, yesterday only managed to eat 2 croissants for breakfast/ lunch, a packet of salt & vinegar crisps, then 2 weetabix for my tea.

Not sure about today, really not feeling hungry at all. If i force myself to eat something i know it will make me feel sick. Can't wait for this part of pg to be over now.

Just remembered - last Sunday was really bad, crunchy nut cornflakes revisited (sorry) so i ended up having 6 poppadums (random) all day - was all i could keep down. Lol.

Sorry couldn't really provide much inspiration x

Hang on - I'll go grab you a packet if you like, and I suppose I better have some too!

*runs over to kitchen cupboard*

*here you go - catch & enjoy*

Mmmmm they're so crunchy and salt and vinegry :D :cheer:

*licking the packet*

I remember licking the packet when I was at school!!!! (and opening them and putting them on the floor and standing on them to crunch them all up!!!)

How about an ice cold strawberry milkshake (thin type) or ginger beer? I have just had two sticks of celery and that was quite nice. Also KFC crispy strips did it for me yeasterday!!

I had that and in the 2nd tri i became a pig again lol, so hopefully soon it will be better for you. I didnt want to eat anything in first tri!!! I had to sit for ages going thru a list of food untill i thought ooohhh yeah i could manage that but if i tried to just eat anything i couldnt at all... :puke:

Well if I sticky to salty foods it seems like I am ok, but obviously that's not very healthy!

Have had poached eggs on toast for lunch and shared some fish and chips with DH for tea (got them from a lovely chippie in Plymouth, proper nice chips not those frozen ones :puke: )

Have some crisps this morning but McCoys which are just too much hard work to eat!

I've gone off prety much everything!

All I can really eat is toast, pasta, tomato and cucumber!

Feel sooooo sick :puke: !

Ooooooo I loved crisps tooooo - until I went off the salt and vinegar ones, and they "had" to be plain lol. What I did which was silly, was find something I could face eating and then eat so much of it (ie half of what I can normally eat lol) that I'd end up really putting myself off it. In the end I found it was better to pace myself, and try and work out a few things that taste similar ish (ie normal crisps and hoola hoops) and have some difference. That way I could keep going for longer without trying to think of new things to eat. Also, if I suddenly surprised myself and just ate something really bizarre, I could most time take it, as long as I hadn't thought about it too much. I was lucky though, in that I wasn't actually throwing up, but I did loose half a stone. So sympathies for those of you throwing up!

as a surprise from my earlier post of hardly anything...I'm now waiting for my chicken madras to be delivered!
