What are these pains?

for about 6 weeks now i've been having really bad cramps but only down my left leg/bum cheek, now my hip (left side has really started to ache/hurt when i walk or move about. It seems to be worse when i've been sat down, if i lay down it takes me about 10 mins to get back up again becuase of the pain. any ideas what it could be? do you think i should tell my gp? thanks xx

I had this with my first and second pregnancy, it was sciatica. Eventually I went to see a reflexologist and she was amazing. I would go in to see her in agony and leave absolutely fine, the result would last between 3 and 4 weeks before I would have to go back. It was amazing that just by rubbing my feet she could do so much good. If you are going to see someone like that, make sure they are qualified to treat pregnant ladies!
