I probs should have got a 75cm one but wouldn't pay the extra money
It's a pro fitness one Lou. Been bouncing today and last night and seems fine :)

I just looked out for one that said anti burst. 1. So I don't have the embarrassment of bursting one. 2. So people don't have to scrap the pregnant heffer up off the floor.

I just got it in the local sports shop, They have different sizes depending on your height it cost 12.99 :-)

Wondered where my post went earlier hahaha baby brain put it in a tread instead of a new tread, cant figure out how to delete it though hahahahaha

how do you know what size you need. I'm a 5'2 should i get a 55cm or 65cm one?

I got an argos value one, was £4.99 or something, its only little which is good as im short, the ones in the birthing suite at hospital were a little bit big and i kept feeling like i'd roll off! Think i might take mine in with me or ask for a smaller one next time lol

its a big bouncy exercise ball and it helps with back pain and can help baby get into position and can help with pains while in labour too or at least help to get things going when the time comes. least thats what ive read
