What and where did you get your birthing balls from?

i got one from a fitness website cos the only one in argos that would take my bulk was sold out lol. its also big enough for my height. being big and tall can be a right pain.

I got an argos value one, was £4.99 or something, its only little which is good as im short, the ones in the birthing suite at hospital were a little bit big and i kept feeling like i'd roll off! Think i might take mine in with me or ask for a smaller one next time lol

its a big bouncy exercise ball and it helps with back pain and can help baby get into position and can help with pains while in labour too or at least help to get things going when the time comes. least thats what ive read
