I took Oscar to see my granny today and one of the first things she said to me......"you haven't lost any weight of your legs yet have you!"
Charming! She always did have a way with words!

thats not nice! lol! My MIL tends to state the obvious...."your boobs are getting bigger" no s*** sherlock I'm breastfeeding! Some people don't engage brain before mouth xx

That's not as bad as my grandad asking me if I had another one 'in there'. Grandparents have no tact lol xx

The elderly have no shame lmao

I remember my parents elderly next door neighbour said to me years ago 'ooo your putting weight on your face arn't you'

Then last week, my father in law on about Drake 'he's got a chubby face, can't be from lee as he has a long face..he takes after his mother'

Oh no..this reminds me of my gran after I had Rosie..well about 3 months after I had had her (C-section!!!), she said with horror on her face 'are you pregnant again'? They think its funny I reckon and women are worse than men, they love to think of you being fat after pregnancy Im sure!

Oh no!!

When Oscar was 8 weeks old an old neighbour asked me how long til I had the baby! Cow!

FOBs nana turned round to MIL once and said "god, alice has still got a belly on her, if i didnt know any better, i'd think she was pregnant again! she needs to get a girdle!" what she didnt realise was i was about 10 weeks pregnant

I was in the school yard with Lucas when he was 6 weeks old and one of the other parents said god your bump is huge, you must be about due now eh? I just pointed at the pram and said erm I had him 6 weeks ago! The look on her face and watching her re coil in horror was worth the insult she gave me, it was priceless haha xx

oh my god!!!! haha my mum said to one of our neighbours once "oh, i didnt realise you were pregnant again, when are you due?!" dont think she's ever forgotten it!
