Hello girls!

I just wonder if anybody is using these http://www.electrocare-uk.com/weight-wa ... e-54-p.asp

and have any luck with them!? With me, they show weight in a range from +/- 3 to 6lbs. What I mean is, that 2 weeks ago I weigh 14.11lbs, yesterday 14.9lbs, today 14.12lbs (note, I eat barely enought to survive, less then 800 cal, and mostly lean protein like chicken, ham and salmon, with a mixed leaf salad, for drinking just water or pepsi max) I cant possibly not to loose ANY weight at all, not talking about putting on! :x :wall: With my DH its the same (well, he isnt on a diet, but for him its in a range +/- 5 to 6 lbs)

So, where is the problem?

u should only weigh yourself once a week hun as your weight will change day to day, and i would say that your not eating enough, and your body will go into starvation mode and you wont lose weight you will just get ill

 I weigh myself once a week, except from this one. That is why I can' t possibly believe, that in one day, without changing my diet I put on 3lbs (weighing myself in the same time and in the same place and with no clothes on.) I know I am probably not eating enought, but the thing is, i tried all possible diets in the world, starting with WeightWatchers till Zone diet, and the low carb, low fat and low cal diet seems to be the only one which helps me to loose weight! I tried all the others, and really, maximum I lost was 5 lbs for a month! With WeightWatchers i even put on a stone! :? I think that is just how my body functions, that it doesnt need much food and needs lots of exercising. I wish it would be different, but it is not, so, for me its either to be fat or to be on the only diet which suits me :(

Totally agree with Mary
You should weigh yourself once a week at around the same time. My weight changes each day (over the week) between 1lbs and 5lbs. Try to do it in the morning when your stomach is empty!!
If you don't eat enough your body will start to store fat as it thinks there is a shortage of food. But it will also burn muscle and organ tissue first.
Sounds like you need to eat a bit more hun :)

1st you definately need to eat more to lose weight starvation only works short term

my friend had that weighing scales and has just sold it at the boot sale because if she got on it 5 times in 5 minutes it weighed her different every time she now uses my old ones which were just a normal cheap (non digital) scales from argos and is loads more reliable xxxxxxxx

Definatly getting "normal" scales :D And probably I should eat a bit more

Hi

I agree as said above use a normal scale and eat hun its not healthy and you will feel much better!
even if its just a few smaller meals instead of 3 bigger ones.
 Katrina
