Weight Watchers people...

a yogurt with a few tinned strawberries in it for breakfast (i think all of it's about 3 points)

lots of cups of tea and coffee with milk-- one point

a slice of cake- 8 points

now on a wholesome day when I'm planning pizza or other pigginess the next day, I will have a salad with salsa for tea, so I have 14 points- the minimum.

another good one is a few small burgers with salad with salsa on.

You can also have a mini fish and chips if you crave it- because it's small its only about 14 points (skip the cake that day) :)

I'm allowed 18 or 19 points- I forget.

Hope this gives you some ideas :)

Just to tell u all
WW microwave meals are rolled back to £1 in asda
i dont like them but hey if u do BARGAIN

oooooooooooooooooooooh might have a look. I find most ready meals are a complete tease of a foood- it's only enough food to give you a taste for more. I'd need to eat about 3 at once really

This is what I buy when I go to Asda...

:rotfl: I think they might know Im on WW

I usually have toast for breakfast, a ready meal for dinner then whatever OH and Josh are having for tea but the healthier version

I just never know what to have for snacks, I always wish I had more points :(

aren't the WW meals expensive? compared to normal food? or are they ok?

The frozen meals aren't too expensive but the chilled ones are like £2.50 each or something. They're nice though.

Im just sick of spending loads on WW foods, thats why I asked what other people have, I need some ideas :)

For breaky i have special k and a glass of cranberry juice

Dinner - either soup, salad or ryvitas and cottage cheese
