don't do it hun, messing with your body with these will just make TTC more difficult. I know its hard to diet when you're TTC - I've put on weight since I started
but the thing to remember with these tablets is that they don't teach you a healthy lifestyle for life, they just mess with you to lose weight.
I can't believe people still take slimming pills
eat less, eat the right stuff and exercise and (barring medical probs) you will lose weight. I said it's impossible for years till I actually tried seriously to do it and I lost the weight.
