I won't be keeping mine for a daughter, as fashions change soooo much. The plan is to donate it to OXFAM brides, when I eventually get it cleaned

I was thinking of giving mine away on freecycle, it was gorgeous but i haven;t had it dry cleaned and I got married over 3 years ago and been divorced in between

don't want to pay to get it cleaned just to give away though

lol if your giving it away the person who gets a FREEEEE wedding dress isnt gunan mind gettin it dry cleaned having savved themselves like a zillion bucks are they !!!!

Lol maybe you could dump it on the charity shop doorstep and make a run for it Weve got one near us that specialises in wedding stuff, all theother ones from other close towns send theirs to them, but last time i was in there a i overheard a lady say she ws buying one to put fake blood on for hallloween
Id wanna know someone was using it for a wedding !!! Dno if you can stipulate then when you donate though

My wedding dress is in a bag in the roof still dirty and I have been married 3 and a half years!! I never saw the point in paying a fortune to have it cleaned esp as it only cost £200 to start with!

One of my friends has just got married and one is getting married next year and we are going to have wedding dress nights where we sit round in our dresses just for the sake of it! Like in Friends, yay!! (although mine prob doesn't fit now )

And Im still looking for a photographer to do it, though hubby is sayin he loves my dress to much so told him to buy me another from ebay to trash!
(he has a point all the tulle would prob drown me!)

Yeah thats the one, its lovely! I'd love to get to wear mine again for more photo's!
