I like your names...Harrison is lovely although think Harrison Thomas is quite a mouthful. Ethan is lovely! I really like Seren, think it is different...Seren Grace is lush! Ariana Grace is also beautiful. Ariana and Grace were too on my list but its a boy xxx

I like your boys names, probably think Nathen goes the best with Alex.

I wouldn't use Harrison if you shorten Alexander though because you'll end up with Harry

I'm not keen on any of your girls name, especially with Alexander because they don't have the same context, but out of them Sienna is probably my favourite xx

Nathan is my favourite boys name. Would you call Nathan, Nate? I think Alex and Nate as brothers sound lovely.

Seren is indeed Welsh for Star, and we always said if possible we'd like a welsh name hence the Evan (Anglicized version of Ifan which is Welsh for John) and Ariana (derived from the welsh word for Silver) , although I'm now more realistic that most Welsh names I like dont work with Scottish/English surnames!

Nathan could be Nate yes, which is growing on me. Sadly all other 3+ syllable boys names we can think of have been ruled out for various reasons - dont like, family or friends lo's name etc

No doubt the list will chance again before lo arrives though!

I like all the boys names apart from Harrison but that's due to a kid at school lol. Emilia is also very pretty x

My favourites are Ethan and Seren, if you do choose Emilia then maybe avoid Lily as there is the singer Amelia Lily.
