do any of you give ur lo's any drinks between feeds..im really rubbish and dont..only when i remember! i have this herbal tea frm italy that the dr prescribed its got like aniseed\cammomile\fennel etc and its really yummy so he has 1oz every now and again. is it important to give water etc!?!

I try to give charley water/baby juice at meal times but he hardly drinks any. Just keep trying hun

i will! he doesnt seem to bothered by it! im gunna make more of an effort now tho!

You only need to if they are on some solids, breastmilk or formula is all they need until they start weaning. I try and give zac about 6oz a day with meals otherwise he gets quite constipated. X

The pediatrician told me to give Tegan 2oz of water a day as she doesn't Poo But she won't drink it! x

Have you tried a little bit of baby juice to give the water a bit of flavour? Might be worth a try to help her go xxx

Thanks Hun i'll give it a go, i'll get some from Tesco later. she's allot more regular since i've cut out dairy But its still every other day xx

Every other day is normal, breastfed babies absorb almost all of the breastmilk so they don't need to go as often as formula fed babies. My friends baby only goes every 3 or 4 days x
