I wonder if y'all could help me as well. I am planning a home birth and would quite like to get a pool in a box. I'm worried though about the amount of hassle involved with topping up with hot water. I don't want OH spending the labour trying to empty & top up the pool to keep it at the right temp. And how easy is it to empty afterwards? I am in a flat and it would be in the living room - which is next to the kitchen but a pump would still have to stretch. And OH would have to get the hot water from the bathroom because strange rural piping means you have the run the water in the kitchen for about 5 mins before the hot comes through.
