The exact same thing happened to kai beanie, blistered all along his little hand :( You wouldnt even know it happened now, everyone kept sayin oh it will scar an so on i felt so guilty, but there is no scar at all! The hospital even stripped him and checked him for bruses an broken bones on my 3rd visit to get it re-dressed, ive never felt so scared in my life, all was ok though!

So yes it can happen!

Oh so cute too.

thanks sophie, that is really good to know, and helps me not feel like sh*t  I am kind of expecting to be quizzed to be honest. I know that a common place for physical abuse is the palm and burns so I understand them checking. Also wiith my PND I am aware that this is sometimes mentioned to social services, but I guess its better they do this then take chances and miss things.

its happened with me twice, i was not offended by it either.
once because Dior got her legs stuck in the bath seat and she had brusies all over her teighs. and once when my brother was living with me he jumped in the boiling hot bath and his legs were all bandaged up.

supose thats another warning acually for older children, run the cold tap first!
