vitex and cm

Didn't know where to post this....but did anyone who's taken vitex notice that it increased the amount of cm they produced? I'm still at least a week till ov if not more and just seem to have a lot more creamy cm than normal.

any ideas?

doesnt it regualte your cycles chellie ? maybe your not as far from ovulating as u think !

nope , just think poss , u might be in for a 28 day cycle
