I'm so excited to be doing Violet's labour thread! Good luck hun! Updates all on first page.
4: 00: Had irregular contractions since yesterday morning and throughout the night, came into hospital at 9am to be induced had pessary put in at 1:10pm and have been having irregular contractions. Still 2cm dilated and been walking loads. In a lot more pain now using my birthing ball xxx
7:33pm: Had a bath around 6:30 ish and had some intense ones and one with the urge to bare down now xxx
8:35pm: I've been rushed upstairs. Baby's heart rate dropped and now I'm hooked up to all sorts machines. Been crying my eyes out I hate it I just want him out now can't walk about or leave the room on machines for hours xxxx
9:50pm: He's fine the midwife couldn't find his heartbeat properly but it's fine. Still being monitored xxx
2:19am: I am exhausted. Waters were popped at 12:30 when 3cm and had meconium. Been checked again am still 3cm so drip going in now xxx
7:45pm: Harrison Arthur Lindsay was born at 6
5am, 8lb 7oz via csection after heart rate dropped horribly choice was made by myself to have him out had an epidural at 3am and had 2 hours sleep before anything happened xxx
