Where about is it?

Glad you like it and hope you get it

I would recommend you trying to negotiate a lower price for the rent too.......its always worth doing this with letting agents.........

If its marketed at £500, they might come down to £450 but you should def be able to get them down to £475.

Don't feel cheeky either, its expected (well we expect it anyway).

Explain that you feel the carpets could do with being changed, and you were expecting a few more items of furniture (are the kitchen appliance not in either?) therefore you feel that you can onlt stretch to £450 pcm....don't tell them you'd go higher though, ask them to speak to the landlord to see if they would accept that, you can also try to negotiate more furniture/ appliances.......you know the saying.....you don't ask you don't get

thats not a bad idea thanks i shall ask them on the phone when i phone up about paying for it
thanks very much

its in portsmouth in hampshire
yer we dont get a garden or nothing and there is a door missing on the stairs which should be our front door but its now up the stairs very weird but im at that point il take anything just to get out of this area and away from my family
