I'm going to view a new flat today .. first home for me, OH and my son and im rather excited. Its brand new and the estate agent only got the keys last night, shops are opposite, just next door to my sons school hes starting in september and round the corner from my mums where were currently living. I dont know if it was fate i stepped into that estate agents yesterday but i would like to think so. Fingers crossed for a BFP move
