DD (7) was watching tv when an advert for water aid came on. She sat watching it and at the end asked me all sorts of questions. When I'd answered her questions she immediately said 'I want to give my pocket money to them'! I am so proud of how thoughtful and loving DD is!!! Long story short we decided to sponsor a child through ActionAid as that way she can write to the child and be more involved and understand more clearly how she is helping. So she is now sponsoring a little girl in Pakistan (ActionAid have worked hard to find a little girl around DD's age (the child is actually 8) which I really appreciated) and is currently drawing her a picture and writing a letter to her! :D
