That's what my hubby says and then goes and treats me on another day close to the 14th! So I've done the same over the past few years ( I know kinda contradicts the first statement but hay I get a little something and we have a nice meal so I don't mind!) if you celebrate it maybe do a nice meal after lo is in bed to have some you time xx

We don't do Valentine's day, it was only as I'd got a + OPK! Otherwise we'd probably not have even had sex.

I much prefer a bunch of Daff's on a whim as OH wanted to buy me some flowers as opposed to him paying over the odd's as the date "dictates" he should buy me something...

We don't do much, we got engaged on 10th feb as hubby couldn't wait until valentines day to propose- that's when he was romantic ha ha ha xxx

We exchange cards and have a nice romantic meal at home. I point blank refuse to go out for dinner on Valentines Day!

We have a small valentines day, it's so over rated and blown out of proportion! I'm hoping for a nice bunch of flowers, I'll make a nice dinner. That's it. I wouldn't go out for dinner. Or expect big presents. A little bunch of flowers and a card.xxx

We don't usually do anything, but saw a deal for local restaurant in the paper - 5 courses for £25 and thought it was a bargain so booked a table. It's a lovely place too. We've been cutting back on things like eating out etc so thought would be a nice excuse without going overboard on spending
We have a deal not to get each other gifts or anything tho!

We dont really celebrate either. We try to have date nights anyway but going out when everything will be packed full and paying for the babysitter just doesnt appeal to me.

God no lol. I find it a little silly. Maybe it was fun when I was in junior high but definitely no for me now.
I usually ask him to bring a chocolate home lol perfect excuse for a chocolate but nth more for us.

I have the most unromantic man ever. Well, until last year when he gave me a diamond locket. He was just about to go away for a year working and we weren't sure if we'd see each other in that year. We do cards and I cook. I actually got him some personalised stuff (a notebook and mug) with our pics on so he could take away (was going to be a cruise ship fitness instructor). However, 2 days later I got our shock BFP and he pulled out and flew home 3 days into training about a month later!

Very much doubt I will be in for the same treat this year. However, I have a card for Princess and I'll keep it for her in her memory box

So na, bet we don't do it either!! xXx

Is rather go out another time for better value, atmosphere and food

We do cards and that's it really. We don't go out for dinner instead we get the M&S meal for 2 which is our thing now. We don't spend a fortune and enjoy a nice meal at home just us and M this year too x

Dh is a real romantic, last year I had a two week old baby so we just had a m&s meal but he bought me a links bracelet, this year we are going out at the weekend to gouchos! Tres excited although steak will have to be well done!

Well, I wasn't going to do anything but I've ordered him a surprise. I say its for him but its really for us. I've got a quote for the wall above our bed 'we found love in a hopeless place' . We met in a crap nightclub and we always smile when we hear that Rhianna song. So it should arrive before valentines day and I'll attempt to put it onto the wall! Awe yay! I'm excited now! Haha! Xxx
