Looking for some advice. Some of you may know. Been TTC for over a year now. Had a MC last year and nothing has happened since. Having to wait till June to see doctor as they won't do anything till its 12 months without pregnancy so I'm starting to get desperate. My BMI is crap. Much higher than they want it to be to treat. I've been really depressed since the MC so my diet is out of the window at the moment even though I'm trying to get back on it.

So I've been reading (dangerous) about how your lining can affect implantation. I've had 2 MC in my life and never given birth so I'm a bit concerned there may be something up. My periods are super heavy first 3 days. To the point I can just feel it pouring out and have to use huge pads. I take tranexamic acid for those days and pass clots but nothing huge. I read online your lining can be too thick to implant and clots can mean the blood supply to the lining isn't ideal?

Has anyone else had this and fixed it somehow? I just feel like I'm showing all the signs of ovulating. I feel like I get some pregnancy type symptoms then NOTHING so I wonder if sperm and egg are fine but it's the lining?

I read walking is good but it wasn't anymore specific than that. I sit down for work all day so it's hard to get your steps in. Is there specific days I can make more of an effort to get out at lunch maybe?

Are you periods super painful too? And have you spoken to a Gp about them?

Heavy periods with clots could be a sign you have endometriosis.

xx

Not painful. Get occasional cramp but nothing bad. Doc prescribed me tranexamic acid for heavy periods but never suggested endo. :-S

When I was very overweight (BMI 45) my lining was way too think. I lost 4 stone and it went back to normal. Now am just under a stone overweight.

I took transexamic acid and think it's pretty nasty stuff...it made me ill.

I did a low carb diet and lost 9 stone in about 20 months. Weight loss is probably the best way to balance yr hormones.

Wow that's amazing 9 stone!

The pills don't make me bad just give me a funny feeling in my teeth lol... weird
