urine samples

Tomorrow i have the midwife but am in work first so am i ok to do a sample first thing and that be ok my appt is ten?

My appointments are always around 10ish and I do fmu! It's been fine with me!!

my midwife told me to always do it early as poss cause the later you leave it the more chance of what you eat and drink can cause it to show protein x
