Upright seats on strollers

Hi,

We've had a Chicco London Winter Stroller since the beginning but now Elliott's older I've noticed that he has to prop himself up on an elbow to sit up straight in it as the seat won't go totally upright at 90 degrees to the seat. I've tried using cushions but they don't seem to help much. Friends of mine with more expensive buggies have upright seats but I don't really want to have to buy another much more expensive buggy just for that so does anyone know of a very cheap stroller type buggy that has a seat that is totally upright?

I have aBruin one which is a cheap and cheerful on, its really upright but reclines if needed
Mine was an end of line one
