Upgrading my phone

I have been with o2 for years, and they always do me a good deal when I'm upgrading my contract! Can't seem to get anywhere with them this time round and am getting right twats when I ring up I was wanting a Blackberry, or iPhone 3GS.. I know other networks are doing deals for cheaper but as soon as I say I'm going to change networks they are getting really ratty with me and making me feel bad, but at the same time not even offering me anything to make me stay.. Talk about being caught in the middle.. All I wants a new phone

Just cancel the contract then Hun and go else every if the service and attitude is poor they don't deserve your money
