Unusual ticker I can't find again...

I saw somebody on here had a big rectangular ticker with sort of 'real life' photos of the foetus at different stages. I think it was pink. Does this ring a bell as I can't for the life of me find their posts again

I would really like to know where it came from

Ive had to take it off again it was too big with my other tickers but i've saved it to my faves aswell, the pics were the reason i liked it
