Unusual rash

Hi girls

On 2 occassions Iv taken Jake for a short walk around the block this week he's come back with a strange I assume rash, on his neck and chin....it looks like scratches but he hasn't scratched...bit strange. First time I put loads of sudo crem on it and it pretty much went by following morning.

Do u think it's something to be concerned about or just to do with weather? He's had heat rash in past but it's been a typical looking rash not like scratches

that's an odd one - may sound obvious but is there nothing around his neck likes straps or zip of jacket etc that could cause it? event the softest of clothes can rub lo soft skin....
