Unplanned on the pill at 38 and terrified

Hi all. I’m on the pill. But have just discovered at 38 I’m pregnant so totally unplanned. 5 weeks today. I have an 18yo gone to uni and a 16yo stepdaughter. My husband of 3 years is 40 and NO desire for kids after his ex wife dragged him through hell and back with him daughter since she was 4 (he only got full custody 2 years ago finally)
My husband works away - he just left this morning in fact. I’m totally terrified have no idea what to do. I’ve had a cold so been taking cold and flu tablets which I know are bad. I had laser hair removal a week ago plus spent the last 6 weeks painting my sewing room. not to mention my age. I don’t know just needed to vent as a I don’t want to say anything to anyone I know and I have no idea how to tell my husband or even what to do.
I was on the pill 2 years ago when I had an ectopic pregnancy as well. Have no idea how to tell husband or his reaction and just...no idea

Aw I didn't want to read and run, but I dont have any advice! I think telling hubby would be a bandaid moment for me in that scenario, I'd just blurt it out. He might want this baby now that it's happened, you never know. x
