had a txt from her last night sorry i'm late with updating

"nothing to report yet i'm afraid! just going to run a bath, have a soak and get tucked up in bed for the night. been having painful BH since 7pm so hopefully they'll get worse through the night.ha ha! i sound sadistic! if nothing happens i'll be examined at 10.30 amand they'll remove the pessary. if they cant break my waters then,i'll be given doses of prostin gel every 6 hours to get my cervix dialting.when i wasexamined this morning the mw said i was 1 cm deep and see could just fit her finger tip through so she said she said it was doing something on its own anyway. sorry for the long txt"

"Just been examined an hour ago, was about 1-2cms so MW'S given me a sweep and a dose of prostin gel to try and get me going. stuck in bed till 6.30pm now so its all fun and games! been getting some contractions but they're irregular.just on the trace again for babys heartbeat at the mo."

"Just about to go onto labour ward.doctor had a good route about for my tonsils,the git! was awful! only 2cm but they've said they'll be able break my waters. so looks like i'm off! scary stuff! lol"

Thanks for all the messages! Cheered me up, it's like watching paint dry in here!
Sent Jamie to my Mum's for his tea so thought i'd kill some time until he gets back.
Due to be examined again at 6.10pm so until then i've no news i'm afraid. Getting tightenings every 15mins but nothing spectacular. If they can break my waters at 6 then they'll send me off to the delivery ward and see if I start to contract. If not it's another dose of prostin and another 6hr wait
I will be reminding my son/daughter of all the trouble we've had with him/her when he/she is older and starts answering back I tell you! Lol!
