I'm concerned that I'm loosing too much weight.... I gave birth two weeks ago and within a week I had returned to my pre pregnancy weight and now I've lost another 4lbs. I've never been this light in my life.....I'm breast feeding and worried that if I keep loosing weight my milk supply may suffer. I'm eating as much as I can when I feel hungry. 3 meals, snacks and middle of the night snacks.....

Anybody else do this and any advice?

Hi, yes, I lost weight whilst Breastfeeding too. Got back to pre weight within 3-4 weeks.
Just eat to your appetite, drink to thirst.
Your body uses about 500 calories a day just making breast milk alone, which is a lot.
Are you getting enough rest?
If you feel ok, just loosing the weight, which is normal, as that one of the main reasons fat is laid down in pregnancy, to make mik, I wouldn't worry. It will settle down.
Lots of Breastfeeding mums eat nuts and oats, like porridge and flap jacks. Good for energy and milk supply. Eat healthy but don't deny yourself anything either.
