Does anyone bath their lo in a tummy tub? I remember my friend using one a few years ago and her little girl really enjoyed it. She was about 3 months when I saw her in it so able to hold her head. I'm wondering whether to buy one for my 5 week old boy so would be interested if anyone has used one and what they think xx

We borrowed one from a friend when DD was tiny...except she was never that tiny a baby lol. At 8lb8oz born she was so chunky I found it really hard to hold her up and wash her at the same time.
Our friend's daughter was born a little early and was quite petite 6lb something and they swore by it though. She suffered lots of colicky symptoms too and I believe the water coming high up the body helped to settle her.

I think I'll be sticking with an ordinary bath this time round.xx

I don't have one but I have the angel care bath support and love it. I was just thinking tonight that I'll be gutted when he outgrows out - it's supposed to last until they're 6months but he's quite tall and his head is nearing the top already x

It's probably cheaper just to buy a bucket or basin.

I'm not a fan of baby baths. I either just use the big bath and bring baby in with me or give him a quick bath in a basin in the kitchen.

Thanks ladies. Belfa is their whole body including tummy immersed in the water with the angel care?

Doesn't seem like these are that popular then! I like the concept and I'm sure it will help with relaxing his tummy etc but at £25 I'm not sure it's worth trying! xx

When I bring my baby in the bath with me it's nice and deep and he loves it. You can literally see on his wee face he's thinking this is nice! I position him so he's fully submerged apart from his head.

No just their legs but my LO now splashes his legs so I just let him sit there splashing away for a while since he enjoys it x
