tummy cramps

its probably nothing but through the night and some of this morning i've been getting cramps at the bottom of my tummy right across and they have been so painful that i can't move until it has passed. i remember them being really bad in the night as i kept waking up half asleep to turn over to find i couldn't move and just kept going owwwwww then went back to sleep too tired last night to care i think but i have had a few this morning after getting up and now they seem to have gone. any ideas?

I don't know for sure but I have had some tummy pains the last week or so I think its just wind though!!!! I nudge OH awake and get him to give me belly rubs hehee! Seems to help a bit.
