tummy cramps

Anyone ever had this?
when i was getting off the sofa on Friday Nite... i had what felt like a tummy cramp .. in the lower right hand side of my tummy.... (felt like when u get cramps in your legs).... it went away after a couple of minutes... but then it felt like i'd pulled a muscle in my tummy and was hard to move after????

Maybe baby was lying on a nerve?

I don't think I have had that but I think I had a braxton hicks last night- it didn't hurt but bump went rock hard I then worried incase I was going into labour

It could be Braxton Hicks with also, pulling a muscle. If you moved too quick or sharp, you could have pulled a muscle hun.
