can anyone explain to me what these feel like?

Just had dinner and just got really bad period type cramps in my lower belly and lower back and my tummy went solid? felt really hot as well.....

Sounds like it could be bh, your belly goes really hard and tight, like wearing a belt and pulling it quite tight. Some of us unfortunate ladies get them quite painful too x
