Tummy bug!

I have caught the mother of all stomach flu's. I work with young children so no dobut where I picked it up. Diarrhoea and vomiting started about 1 am and is still going strong now. Had to call into work as I cannot function. At the moment Im not holding anything down. And I'm worried about baby, but the other side is doesn't something like this need to run its course? I'm so ill I don't know how I'm gonna look after my children today! Any advise on how to get rid of this bug fast?

Not sure if you can take dirolyte in pregnancy? That is good but if not then just keep on with the water. Even if you are passing it, keep going.

Rest as much as you can, easier said than done with other little ones.

Hopefully it's a short lived bug and no one else gets it.
