Tummy Ache

I keep getting terrible tummy ache in the mornings and sometimes its that bad it makes me feel sick any ideas

Its your tummy expanding hun. I get that feeling all the time when I wake up, but ive started to get it during the day aswell now. The aches and pains dont get any better as pregnancy goes on im afraid

I get stomach ache most mornings but I put mine down to bowel movements lol
