Hey everyone!
I started TTC 3 months ago, so I cut my caffeine intake down from three cups a day to one 10oz dark roast cup of Kcup coffee in the morning, no chocolate, and one decaf cup at night, as I read one cup of coffee during pregnancy is fine. Now a friend told me even that's dangerous and you're supposed to cup down to 0.
Who should I listen to? Is no more than one cup of coffee and one decaf cup a day still okay if TTC? Or are you supposed to have no caffeine whatsoever?
