TTC after pregnancy

Hi all

I had a baby 4 months ago and have been exclusively breastfeeding so I've only just started my first period since birth today.

I have quite short cycles - or I did before I fell pregnant.

What I'm wondering is - will my cycle still be the same? I want to start trying asap so should I go with my normal pattern?

I used OVIA before but I obviously haven't been mapping periods for 13 months.

Did you use an app before? That will at least tell u what ur average cycle length is. Could maybe go with that until track as you go to get a better picture xx

I went back to using Ovia again since AF was very regular.
Are your trying to conceive 4 months after giving birth? Be sure to give yourself enough time to recuperate hun!x
