hey everyone. So I haven't ever spoken about this. But since the birth of my daughter who is almost 4 I have been actively trying to fall pregnant again. I'm 21 and I've had 2 serious relationships break down to not being able to conceive. My GP keeps saying to relax and it will happen and they aren't concerned however they run tests or even give me the time of day. I've had 2 12week depo injections in that period due too 2 missed miscarriages however they couldn't confirm I was pregnant (probably 2 weeks if that). What do I do from here? I have a stress free job, a beautiful home...everything I've ever wanted but another sunshine in my life. I've considered adoption but was declined due to a incident in my home when I was a child and I can't afford a surrogate or IVF....

It's hard as I don't think the nhs will fund any treatment due to you having a child already. But I have read they are supposed to run tests still. So I would keep going back and trying to at least get bloods done and sperm analyses..they can then refer you to a clinic and you may not need IVF but another cheaper treatment like ovulation induction on it's own which you may be able to afford? I first went about ttc at 20 and I had a lot of horrid responses off gp's but I kust kept going until I found a nice one! xx

Thank you. It's just such a nightmare. It's such a heavy weight to carry, it makes me feel like a absolute failure because I'm not being listened too or acknowledged what so ever. I fell pregnant with my daughter within 6 weeks. She survived sudden epileptic fits or sorts and too much protein. You name it! She survived it. I just don't know how to handle it. Half the time I don't even ovulate. Since having her I haven't had a set period for more then 2 months

Could you have pcos?My first pregnancy I fell preg on the pill (but I did miscarry) and my cycles before that were ok and I was 18. Then when I was ttc my daughter my cycles were everywhere! And they found I have pcos.. apparently sometimes symptoms don't start until early twenties? xx

It could be entirely possible. The amount of pain I'm usually in and it gets blamed on IBS. I need to start by finding a GP that will listen first

You may have endo? xx
