Husband and I have agreed to try for baby number 3! I'm so excited.

I have 2 boys already age 3 and 5 and I'm looking forward to going through this rollercoaster again

I have forgotten everything about TTC other than to have unprotected sex at the right time:dance:. I'm older now so I don't expect it to happen as easily as it did with my first 2 (now 36).

Looking forward to getting to know everyone, and supporting others on their journey to babydom.

Hello!
Welcome back I guess (still trying to figure out who you are), your'e the same age as me, I'm a bit pensive about TTC so much older than the last time but hey ho!
Looking forward to following your ttc journey!
Have you started taking folic acid yet?

No I've been googling... Am. I supposed to

I have started taking this, was completely new to me as well, they say its good to take before conception and then afterwards for the babies development, in particular their spine - think i am correct in saying that.

Worth while picking some up to take

Hi, good luck! :)
Folic acid is best taken 3 months before ttc so the sooner you start the better really. I'd also recommend B6 and maybe a ttc multivitamin. x

Ideally it's best done at the pre-ttc stage. I didn't know this the last time, but I've been taking it for the last couple of months (when I've remembered) and more regularly now my coil is out. I'm taking a higher dose at present, and then will lower it to the standard dose when I'm actually pregnant.

I've been to the shops and got some.. Thanks ladies
