trouble with the ex and him seeing my daughter? help!

be as realistic as you like..but you are on the other side of things as the fathers wife.

im not going to keep a diary of anything because theres nothing to keep.. hes not allowed to contact me.. plus ive lived in a refuge.. they have all my details of things that have happened.. and i can use that in court.. personally.. i cant see why they would give an abusing, gambelling druggy access.. at the moment its up to me.. and i think no.. when it gets taken out of my hands then it will..if he can afford to go to court.. then he could pay for her..

end of the day ive given him all the chances under the sun and been very fair.. the only person who messed this up is him..

My stepsons so called mother took him at athe age of 6 to Jamaica for a "holiday", it was actually a drug run and she got caught in London with crack cocaine in my stepsons suitcase.

It was the second time she had been caught doing this, and she got 10 years, she is aslo addicted to crack cocaine.

She has 5 kids by different dads and neglects and verbally abuses all of her children, oh did I mention that she also uses them as punchbags?

She gets 4 days and 3 nights out of prison every 8 weeks for "home visits"

So she gets access to her kids and has more say over ss's welfare then dh does.

Sorry if I sound harsh, but this is something I have been through and I would hate to see any other unfit parent get access to a child.

Thats the reason why I said keep a diary.

I would listen to Jue, and keep all the evidence you can, whether it is 'worth' it or not.
The fact is the can order supervised visiting..
It wont always work the way YOU want it too, and you have to think that way, whether you like it or not.
