I'm having laods of trouble with sleeping lately.

I'm exhausted constantly but I go to bed and toss and turn for hours and can't drift off.

Is this something that will pass?

i dont sleep well either, i go to bed around 11 and toss and turn, i never allow myself to get up though lol!
Internet is switched off at night so i cant come on here and if i move around i make too much noise.
I cant get comfy and when my belly is comfy i cant breath, im all bunged up!
From what i've read though i've actually got it quite good atm, its just gonna get worse

I'm getting to sleep OK, but wake up every night desperate for a wee! I'm having very strong, vivid dreams as well (usually nightmares, or to do with the baby's "father" who left me on Valentine's Day).

Enough about me anyway... I hope it gets better soon! Hot chocolate before bed seems like a good idea? Or a long soak in the bath? Or read until you can't keep your eyes open? Sorry about rubbish suggestions!

xx

Last night I managed to sleep for 4 hours in a row with no waking up and I was honestly concerned about it as it's been a very long time since that happened.

Someone said to me that waking up lots in the night and finding it hard to sleep while pregnant is natures way of preparing you for sleepless nights with baby and I think that makes a lot of sense. OH thought that made sense too and asked me to wake him whenever I woke so he got used to it. That lasted 3 nights before we decided he was a tired wreck and should just relish the sleep now instead :rotfl:

Lol

That made me giggle!

My sleeping is very agitated right now also. It makes me feel very unrefreshed in the morning!
