Tripped , flew and landed on my knee

What a day. I fell at the top of the stairs, flew over the landing and landed with a big thud on my knee. Im still not sure how I done it but my knee is twice its size, the other knee is skint and my leg is killing me.
I was on my way out and had only ran up stairs to get Joes dummy.

Drove to dancing in pain and sat for 40 mins while Jess was dancing then when I went to stand up, OMG the pain. My knee had swollen right up and I need help out to the car. I only just managed to drive home.

Then, somebody had parked across my drive. I seen whoit was and asked them if they could move so I could park in my drive. If I didnt move my car then I would enver have been able to go and move it later on.

Oucho. DH has ordered me a curry.

aww did u get a bit of carpet burn i hate them on my knees once not from falling over though

Nope, flew over the carpet and landed on the wooden floor.
Good job I dont wear skirts that often.
