Owch, so painful! Dont think i've ever had this before till last night, i'm guessing what we had for dinner last night didnt reallt agree with me as i was up half the night after  tummy was very bloated and horrible :(

Tried pepermint tea (drink alot of this anyway) but didnt work.

Anyone else suffer with this? any tips on getting rid of it?

Yep one of my long list of problem LOL I find Rennie Deflatine work great and there safe during pregnancy, And just tried to cut down on trigger foods, Too much veg sets mine off lol

thanks! i will go to chemist today and pick some up! i did have dinner with plenty veg so bet that was the cause! i'm just so surprised at how much it hurt, was so uncomfy all night and feel shattered today :(

I suffer IBS anyway but Doc said that any bowl issues are hughly magnified during pregnancy, thankfully mine settled down after a few weeks and just get it now when i eat the wrong thing but keep it at bay with the Deflatine

It just wares you out espech when we gettin less propper sleep anyway.

Hope you feeling better soon n catch up on some sleep :-)

I've been suffering with this today at work. So uncomfortable! :( xx

liquid gaviscon is my new best friend!

Another rennie fan here, mine seems to be after rich or oily foods!

No advice but just wanted to empathise. I've had trapped wind a few times since being preg (and before) and its agony! Someone taught me that if you go on all fours and put your bum up it helps lol! Sounds silly but helps you to fart!! tmi
