Anyone else finding lil uncomfy going for a number two?
Any remedies?
Any advice?
Lol xx

Orange juice! I had at least 2 glasses a day to keep things moving!

I am actually and have actually had a slight tear (ouch) due to hard stools. I went the doctor for my 6 week check and he gave me some fibre stuff that is safe to take when BF...
If I were you I would do something about it now before it gets worse like me. It's not nice at all!

I was given Fybogel and Lactulose from the hospital, I've since bought more Fybogel from Asda . Definitely helped ALOT!

I found a pessary for piles did the trick! kinda lubricated everything so it came out without hurting. Also drink LOADS of fluids to keep your stool soft.

I had terrible problems with this after my first born. It went on for about a year as I was never advised on how to deal with it, basically just told it was normal and to get on with it... This time round however, my midwife advised me to drink plenty water, and to have Weetabix. She said even half a Weetabix a day would make a difference. I've also been eating alot of porridge which is a big help x
