Hi

My 3 1/2 year old daughter was sick twice in the night on Tuesday and the following day also had a bit of diarrhoea. Yesterday she was fine apart from not much appetite and today she's been back to normal, eating well and playing outside etc.

However, she has just woken up and been very sick in her bed resulting in another full bedding change and a shower for her.

What advice can you give, any medication to give her, should I take her to out of hours docs tomorrow? She says she doesn't feel sick anymore and hasn't got a temperature. I've just given her some water to drink.

Thanks. X

Norovirus is doing the rounds
I've got it as of an hour ago :(
Should pass around the 48hr mark
Dr cant do anything really.
Advice is hydration. Food isn't so important just now. Just plenty of liquid x

Cam had d&v last week.

Key thing is fluids to make sure she doesn't get dehydrated.

Cam pooped overnight and ended up with horrendous nappy rash so I got up and checked his nappy through the night too after that.

His appetite wasn't great but returned with a vengeance once he was better.

Hope your lo is better soon.
