Today's whinge

I have just been stuck in my car for about 2 hours driving and stuck in traffic and waiting for OH to come out of an appointment.

My right calf, ankle and bum cheek is absolutely aching and throbbing like mad from having it in that position for so long!

Sorry whinge over!

I'm wondering if i could have Sciatica.

My bottom is aching and my legs feel so heavy and tired, this is not just from being sat in the car for a while I have been getting this on and off for a couple of weeks esp lower back pain and bum aching.

scaitica is more then just an ache tho , the pain can be so bad it actually stops u moving / lifting your leg while the nerve is trapped ?

Morning,

I have still got it this morning i thought that maybe it would have eased overnight but it aches just as much from my bottom right down to my ankles.
I don't know what it is but it is worse when i walk or get up it just feels like a really heavy achy feeling inside my legs.

Anyone any ideas???
